Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Pratikara. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging in our services. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund for Workshop Registrations:

All workshop registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.-

2. Individual Session Cancellations:

- Cancellations for individual therapy sessions must be communicated at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

- Cancellations made last minute of the scheduled session may result in a partial or no refund.

- 15 minutes into the session without the client's attendance may result with no refund.

3. Event Cancellations:

- Pratikara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Digital Products and Services:

- Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Failure to Attend:

- No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to attend a scheduled workshop, session, or event without prior notice.

6. Payment Disputes:

- Initiating a chargeback without contacting Pratikara first will result in immediate termination of services and legal action if necessary. We encourage you to reach out to us for resolution.
